Machine Details ：
1.GENERAL INTRODUCTION
BG-H4000 Automatic blow molding machine is suit for Max 2L PET bottles. It's output is 4000 bottles per hour. Our machine is small in size, low in energy consumption and high in productivity. And also our company can offer the relevant mold for your every need.
2.THE PROCESS OF PRODUCING BOTTLES:
The preforms will be automatically transmitted to the place where they will be also automatically assembled on the preform sideway. The heating –heads gain the performs in succession at the entrance and the correspondence system will control the performs to get the accurate temperature when they are heated by infrared way (Rotary way). Meanwhile, the temperature of the different levels is shown clearly on the touch-screen. After the formation of the bottles, the machinery hand will automatically take them out from the molds, and check and link the filling line.

1.PRICE LIST
The FOB price is for shipment at Ningbo Port, China
Price period of validity: 10 days until xx. xx. xxxx
2.PAYMENT
30% deposit against the contract by T/T should be paid before the order; 70% balance should be paid off by T/T after inspection before delivery;
3.DELIVERY TIME
25~35 working days after the down payment;
4.TRAINNING
The Buyer could dispatch their operators to the Seller’s factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs;
Or against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller’s technician could train the Buyer’s operators in the Buyer’s factory in the periods of installing & adjusting;
The training is free of charge;
However, the cost of travel to the buyer's location is the same as article 5 below.
5.INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT
The Seller could dispatch an engineer against the requests of the Buyer to install and adjust the
machines for one week in the Buyer’s factory.
The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;
The Buyer should pay for the engineer’s visa application cost, round air tickets, food & board
Before the engineer left……
The buyer shall pay the engineer $100 per day.
6.GUARANTEE
The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally works in the Buyer’s factory, if only the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the Seller. We will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems.
Any problems caused due to irregular operation or incorrect maintenance by the Buyer won’t be listed in guarantee coverage.
